room temperature |

sharp Cheddar cheese |

cup Plochmans Mild Yellow
Mustard |

tablespoons prepared horseradish |

tablespoons milk |

tablespoons sliced green onions and
tops |

teaspoon hot pepper sauce |

Assorted dippers: crackers,
vegetables, pretzels, etc. |

Beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese,
mustard and 2 tablespoons horseradish in bowl at high speed until smooth. Mix in enough
milk to make desired dip consistency; mix in 3 tablespoons green onions and ½ teaspoon
hot pepper sauce. |

Sprinkle top of dip with remaining
1 tablespoon green onion. Serve with assorted dippers. |

Double Daredevil Dip: Make dip as above, increasing horseradish to 4
tablespoons and hot pepper sauce to 1 teaspoon if you dare!!
