Ingredients
- 2 cups (about 1/2 pound) ham, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 4 tablespoons Plochman’s Honey Dijon Mustard
- 4 pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 4 Swiss cheese slices
Directions
- Mix together ham, mayonnaise, green onions and mustard.
- Evenly distribute spinach, cheese and ham salad in pitas.
