Mustard Chili Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Plochman’s Kickin’ Chili-Style Mustard
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
Directions
- Combine mustard, cilantro and lime. Set 1/4 cup aside.
- Toss mustard mixture (minus 1/4 cup reserved) with shrimp to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour, if desired.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 5–7 minutes, turning once and basting with reserved 1/4 cup mustard mixture.
- Serve with additional chopped cilantro, if desired.
