Mustard Chili Shrimp Skewers

Plochman's Mustard Chili Shrimp Skewers contain peeled raw shrimp, Kickin' Chili Style Mustard, cilantro, and lime juice.

  • 1/3 cup Plochman’s Kickin’ Chili-Style Mustard
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled


  1. Combine mustard, cilantro and lime. Set 1/4 cup aside.
  2. Toss mustard mixture (minus 1/4 cup reserved) with shrimp to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour, if desired.
  3. Thread shrimp onto skewers. Grill over medium heat until cooked through, about 5–7 minutes, turning once and basting with reserved 1/4 cup mustard mixture.
  4. Serve with additional chopped cilantro, if desired.
Try It Another Way Bake it! Place marinated shrimp in oven-safe dish. Bake at 400°F until cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
