Sweet & Tangy Peach Glaze

  • 1 cup Plochman’s Deli Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons peach preserves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced (or 1 teaspoon dried ginger)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced


  1. Stir all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat until warm, about 5–8 minutes.
  2. Pour over chicken (wings, breasts or thighs) and bake until meat is cooked through.
Glazes 3–4 pounds of chicken. Try It Another Way Use as a glaze for pork tenderloin, bone-in hams or boneless hams. Will glaze about 4–5 pounds of ham.
