Tangy Stone Ground Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Plochman’s Mild Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Plochman’s Stone Ground Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shallots, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Use as a marinade for chicken breasts or thighs.
Glazes about 3 pounds of chicken.
