Herbed Lemon Mustard Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Plochman’s Deli Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Refrigerate chicken or shrimp in marinade for at least 3 hours.
  3. Bake or grill until meat is cooked through.
Marinates about 1 pound of chicken or shrimp.
