Sweet & Spicy Stone Ground Mustard Glaze

  • 1/2 cup Plochman‚Äôs Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar


  1. Mix mustard and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Pour half of glaze over chicken or pork.
  3. Bake or grill meat until cooked halfway. Pour remaining glaze over meat.
  4. Continue baking or grilling until meat is cooked through.
Glazes about 3 pounds of chicken or pork.
